Novus Secured Debt fund is an investment fund that invests in loans and is intended for informed investors. The fund aims to invest in a diversified portfolio of loans and to assume the lowest possible risks, therefore the majority of loans must be secured by asset pledges and the fund cannot use borrowed capital. The duration of the issued loans cannot be longer than 2 years, so the yield of the fund quickly adapts to the changing situation in the interest market.
