About the project
A reconstruction project is planned on Panerių street, on the site of the former monastery (which operated since 1865), and then the prison, which existed under various names until the end of the Second World War. The new quarter will consist of six buildings of various purposes. Buildings A, B, C and D are intended for residential use: the four-building apartment building will be two-storey with a mansard, and all buildings will be connected by an underground car storage. Buildings A, B and C will also have a common ground floor, while the second floor of the buildings will form landscaped courtyards.
